The staff at this hotel were incredibly polite and kind, making our romantic escape truly special. The dinner each night was a fantastic culinary experience, with a variety of delicious dishes. The spa region was never crowded and had all the equipment we needed for a relaxing time. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, situated in a quiet area outside of the busy ski center. It was also a great starting point for exploring nearby skiing destinations, such as Kronplatz, Klausberg, and Speikboden.
There were no negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. Our experience was entirely positive, from the polite staff to the delicious food and great location.

Everything was excellent. Big parking in front of hotel, quite village around, plenty of footpaths in the forests on mountains around, very nice breakfast and dinner. In winter free ski bus takes everybody to the ski-lefts (I'm not sure how far from the hotel does ski bus stop - you'd better clarify this first). Very friendly personnel (actually it is family of owners), glad to help you with whatever you need.
Ceiling is not very high in some rooms, so you'd better ask them to give you room that will fit you if you are tall, when you make booking.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to do what it takes to help you enjoy the stay. The food is really good. There is only one choice for supper, but it has 5 courses and is pretty much what everyone likes without being boring. Very clean, has a very domestic feel to it.
The only possible problem for some could be that it is quite a long way from the Kronplatz slopes. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes by car and by bus it's more because, unless you take the ski bus, whose service runs from 08 am to around 11 to Kronplatz, and then back from 3.30 pm, you have to take two buses to get to Uttenheim. It can get a bit time-consuming, but if you're well organized it shouldn't be a problem.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a valley within 10 minutes of some beautiful treks in the lovely Aurina valley. It was also extremely close to downtown, but not in the middle of a messy crowd. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was tremendous, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.
It was all superb.

We reached the hotel at dark and the way there was beautiful even it was dark.Hotel staff was very friendly, room very comfortable and simple,WiFi worked perfect, we had dinner for 17 Euro each and very tasty.Breakfast was also very good. The most wonderful thing was that we woke up and everything was covered with snow....I Recommened this hotel.
There is a posibility of having massage there but impossible to have it unless you order a few days in advance.
